Trouble in Civilian Town

You are a detective who must tell who the Impostor is from a set of civilians wandering around.

You have limited time to do so! so concentrate on the movements of each civilian to guess correctly.
You can tell if a civilian is a impostor if he changes his destination often while moving.

Controls:
WASD/Arrow keys: Movement
Mouse click: Arrest civilian.
